Tobacco Store Opens in Calabasas

The only shop within city limits that sells only tobacco products is open for business.
Tobacco Royale official became operational this week at its location at Malibu Canyon Plaza on Agoura Road.
Owner Shubyre Humkar says he believes there is a market for cigars, hookahs, pipes, and cigarettes despite the city’s stringent anti-smoking laws.
