Steve Garvey Hits the Field at Lupin Hill

Steve Garvey hit the field to fight Lou Gehrig’s disease at Calabasas elementary school Lupin Hill.

Little Leager players who are raising money to fight the disease got batting tips from the great Dodger first baseman, who played for the Los Angeles team from 1969-1982.

Garvey was recruited to help by actor Dick Van Patten, whose Diamond Dawgs Little League team was headed to a fund raising baseball tournament.
