Prosecutors Won’t Charge Former NFL Running Back

May 17, 2010

Prosecutors will not file charges against Corey Dillon, the former NFL football player who lives in Calabasas, after his wife accused him of assaulting.

Desiree Antoine-Dillon and her husband, who played for both the Cincinnati Bengals and the New England Patriots, argued earlier this month about their divorce and issues of child custody when she called 911 to report Corey Dillon had assaulted her.

Antoine-Dillon originally told authorities her husband had poured milk and soy sauce at her, thrown water at her and caused her to suffer a superficial cut on her thumb. However, Antoine-Dillon later told authorities her husband never physically injured her and that she was declining to press charges.
