"Newlyweds" Calabasas Home Up for Sale

The Calabasas home made famous as the center of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey’s “Newlyweds” reality show is once again on the market.

The home is currently owned by actor Justin Berfield, best known as the older bad-yet-fun brother from “Malcolm in the Middle,” a television show that ran for six years.

He’s listed the house for just under $4 million, after purchasing it from the erstwhile newlyweds in 2006 for $3.75. Berfield plans to move to Malibu.

The Mediterranean home is a gated estate within a gated community. With 6,483 square feet of living space, it has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, beautiful pool, wine cellar and soundproof recording studio.
