Lost Hills Sheriff's deputies arrested a caretaker they say stole money and valuables from the 91-year-old Calabasas man he was hired to help.
Authorities took Kauzak Tugung into custody for theft, as well as Evelyn Cubillas for receiving stolen property. Both suspects are residents of Buena Park.
