Non Equity (Profit Based) Country Club searching for well rounded Sous Chef with minimum five years experience to drive busy culinary operations.
Must Possess strong culinary skills with an emphasis on presentation, able to multitask functioning in Ala carte dining, banquets, baking, Gar manger and off premise events.
Passionate about the Culinary Arts with a no compromise ethic, the qualified candidate will be expected to carry out the Executive Chef's policy and run culinary operations in the Chef's absence.
Based on qualifications Salary @ $38, 000 annual at 52 hour base
